Location: UNIT - Salmon River Ranger District. STATE - Idaho. COUNTY - Idaho. LEGAL - Not Applicable Windy-Shingle project is located approximately 5 miles west of Riggins, Idaho, in Idaho County. Activities off Roads 517 (Seven Devils), 487, 2109, 624 and 2056. A Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Area.
