Description: The purpose of this order is to prevent the spread or introduction of aquatic invasive plant or animal species on all Forests in R6. Public involvement is targeted for the Umatilla, Willamette, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie, Gifford Pinchot, and Colville NFs.
