Santa Fe N.F. Oil and Gas Leasing Amendment and Cuba Roads Management EIS

Forest Plan amendment for Oil and Gas leasing stipulations on unleased lands on the portion of the Forest within the San Juan Basin and the proposed closure and decommission of specific unnecessary roads on the Cuba Ranger District. The legal notice for the Decision will be published in the Albuquerque Journal on Thursday, November 13. This begins the 45 day appeal period for this project.
