Permanent Toilet Installation at Osceola Trailhead and Rumney Main Cliff Parking Lot

These two high use sites have known human waste issues. As a temporary measure, portable toilets are currently at each site. Permanent toilets are a long-term solution to address high use and existing human waste concerns.
